　　泥漿泵是指在鉆探過程中向鉆孔里輸送泥漿或水等沖洗液的機械。泥漿泵是鉆探設(shè)備的重要組成部分。下面華星泵業(yè)小編為大家淺談下柱塞泥漿泵的知識和原理。
 
　　在常用的正循環(huán)鉆探中它是將地表沖洗介質(zhì)──清水泥漿或聚合物沖洗液在一定的壓力下經(jīng)過高壓軟管水龍頭及鉆桿柱中心孔直送鉆頭的底端以達到冷卻鉆頭、將切削下來的巖屑清除并輸送到地表的目的。
 
　　常用的泥漿泵是活塞式或柱塞式的由動力機帶動泵的曲軸回轉(zhuǎn)曲軸通過十字頭再帶動活塞或柱塞在泵缸中做往復運動。在吸入和排出閥的交替作用下實現(xiàn)壓送與循環(huán)沖洗液的目的。
